We want you to love your Cloud Ceiling Panels. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at hello@cloudwalls.co with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return shipping instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
