This addendum supplements the Cloud Walls Company Privacy Policy. It explains how Cloud Walls Company LLC ("we") handles data we receive from TikTok Shop when our shop, Cloud Ceilings, connects to our own order-management integration.

Data we receive

When our TikTok Shop authorizes our integration, we may receive:

  • our shop's identifiers and settings;
  • product, SKU, price and inventory information for our listings;
  • order details: items, quantities, prices, order status, and the buyer's name, phone number and shipping address when needed to deliver the order;
  • shipment, tracking, return, refund and cancellation information;
  • settlement and transaction information about our own sales.

We do not receive or store full payment-card numbers or TikTok passwords.

How we use it

Only to run our own shop:

  • to fulfill, ship and support TikTok Shop orders;
  • to keep products, prices and inventory accurate across our sales channels (only inventory and product information is shared between channels, never buyer data);
  • to handle returns, refunds and cancellations;
  • to reconcile TikTok payouts for our accounting;
  • to meet legal obligations and prevent fraud.

We do not sell or rent TikTok data, use it for unrelated advertising or profiling, or share it with data brokers.

Who we share it with

Only the minimum needed, and only with providers that help deliver your order:

  • Veeqo (an Amazon company), our shipping software, which creates shipping labels and tracking;
  • Sinha Distributions, Princeton Junction, New Jersey, USA, our fulfillment warehouse, which receives orders through Veeqo (items, quantities, recipient name and shipping address) to pack and ship them;
  • shipping carriers, which receive the shipping-label details.

These providers may use the data only to provide their service to us. We do not share TikTok buyer data with artificial-intelligence or analytics providers. Contractors who help us with advertising or creator programs get no access to buyer personal data. If that ever changes, we will update this addendum to name them before they get access. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

Security and location

TikTok buyer data is stored and processed only in the United States, on an encrypted company computer, and within our providers' platforms for delivery. It is not copied to cloud storage or external backups. It is protected by full-disk encryption, a firewall, two-factor authentication, owner-only access to credentials, encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections, and least-privilege access. Retention and deletion

  • TikTok order data, including buyer personal data, is kept for up to two years and then deleted.
  • If our TikTok integration is disconnected, or our relationship with TikTok ends, we stop using the data immediately and delete the TikTok data we hold within 30 days, except accounting records the law requires us to keep, which contain no buyer personal data.

Your rights and requests

You can ask to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you by emailing hello@cloudwalls.co. We will verify your request and respond within 30 days, and may coordinate with TikTok. We also help TikTok respond to valid requests it receives.

Changes

We will update this addendum if our integration, providers or legal obligations change. The effective date above shows the latest version.
